Introducing our new breed, the Mangalitsa pig.
The Mangalitsa pigs history goes back to around 1830 when a Serbian prince gifted a few curly haired Sumadija pigs to Hungary’s Archduke Joseph, who then crossbred them with the sturdy Hungarian Bakonyi breed and the Mangalitsa was born.
Mangalitsa pork contains a pure and beneficial fat that is rich in:

The meat of Mangalitsa pigs is extremely tasty, well marbled and is perfect for roasting, grilling and braising. They are very docile and therefore easy to handle. We raise these pigs on our old fashion barley based feed that gives the animals lots of time to create some fantastic pork for us. This feed is as always free of antibiotics, hormones and animal by-products.
